- Military Appreciation Games: Pilot baseball and the Oregon National Guard will celebrate all who serve our country with their Military Appreciation games. The Pilots take on Loyola Marymount in a three-game series starting on Friday, April 26 at 3 p.m. and continuing on Saturday and Sunday with 1 p.m. games. All active and retired military staff can receive free admission to the games.
- 16th Annual UP Day at Joe Etzel Field, Friday April 26 at 3 p.m. vs. Loyola Marymount. All employees and family members are welcome to attend the game at no charge and also enjoy complimentary hot dogs (vegetarian alternative available as well), chips and soda.
- First Responders Recognition: Come out and join the Pilots on Saturday April 27 at 1 p.m. for a special pre-game recognition of Engine 26 with the Portland Fire Department and University of Portland Public Safety for their contribution to saving the life of a Pilot baseball player earlier this year. All first responders will receive free admission to the game.
- Youth Baseball Day: For the Sunday game of the weekend series the baseball team is hosting a Youth Baseball Day presented by Oregon College Savings. All youth baseball players will receive free admission by wearing their little league or junior baseball jerseys. There will also be a post-game Run the Bases for kids and an Autograph Zone presented by Sunshine Dairy. Women’s Tennis: the women’s tennis team returns to action at University of Portland’s Louisiana-Pacific Tennis Center this Saturday to take on San Diego. Matches start at 10 a.m. and admission is free for all fans.

The Pilots baseball season is in full swing right now as the Pilots are set to take on UC Riverside in a three game series starting on Friday at 3 p.m. The series will continue on Saturday at 1 p.m. and will end on Sunday with a noon start time. Bring out the kids on Sunday for Kids Day with $1 admission and $1 hot dogs for the youngsters. There will also be a giveaway item at each game, a Pilots Baseball Commemorative Cup. The Pilots are set to take on OSU on Tuesday, March 5 at Joe Etzel Field at 2 p.m., and tickets are still available. Friday marks a three-game home series as they take on Seattle University at 2 p.m. Game two and three will be played on Saturday and Sunday, both at 1 p.m. For tickets call 7525.
The women’s tennis team is home this weekend for two matches at the Louisiana-Pacific Tennis Center. The action starts on Friday as the Pilots take on Montana University at noon. Then on Saturday the Pilots take on Gonzaga starting at 11 a.m. Fans can enjoy tennis action for free so come out to the tennis center and cheer on the Pilots.
