Men’s Soccer Vs. Denver: Kids Day on The Bluff, Oct. 24
Soccer fans should make plans to join athletics on Saturday, October 24 for a men’s soccer matchup versus Denver. It will be Kids Day on the Bluff with free admission for all kids up to and including seventh grade, a kids zone with inflatables, and other Pilots kid activities. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Merlo Field.

Come Celebrate 2005 NCAA Soccer Champs
Join the athletics department for the 10-year anniversary of the Pilots’ 2005 National NCAA Soccer Championship during the weekend of October 17-18. Members of the 2005 team will return to The Bluff and will be honored during the Pilots’ game against Santa Clara on Sunday, October 18 at Merlo Field for a 1 p.m. kick-off. A banquet, which is open to the public, will be held the night before the game on Saturday, October 17 at the new Beauchamp Recreation and Wellness Center. Tickets to the Saturday night banquet are $50 per person and include dinner.
The 2005 team went undefeated through the season beating UCLA in the Championship game by a score of 4-0 and included soccer greats like Christine Sinclair, Megan Rapinoe, Stephanie (Lopez) Cox, and 4-time All-American Lindsey Huie.

Volleyball Returns to Action in the Chiles Center

The action starts on Thursday night with a 7 p.m. game versus San Diego, which will be the first West Coast Conference game of the year for the Pilots.
