2020 Professional Development Week, October 12-16
The human resources office has set up Zoom workshops for UP employees this week, according to Sandy Chung, HR. Because these workshops are voluntary, they can be done during your work time as approved by a supervisor or outside your work time if you wish to participate voluntarily for your own enrichment. Employees with any type of furlough are welcome to participate.

- Wednesday, Oct. 14: COVID-19: Stress Management Techniques to Cope with Social Distancing and Isolation, 1-2 p.m. Register using this link.

Also, we encourage you to participate in the diversity, inclusion, and equity workshops presented by the Office of International Education, Diversity and Inclusion, International Programs, and Studies Abroad. Fall Break Virtual Fitness on MS Teams
- Sunday: HIIT with Brie – 10:15-11 am
- Monday: 30min abs with Lauren, 4:30-5 pm; Pilot Fit with Lauren, 5:05-5:50 pm
- Tuesday: HIIT with Brie – 7:30-8:15 pm; Zumba with Jess, 8:15-9 pm
- Wednesday: HIIT with Brie, 5:15-6 pm
The Beauchamp Center will also be open MWF, 11 am- 4 pm during fall break. Faculty and staff are welcome and encouraged to come by for a workout.
