All are welcome to view a Pilot House history display located in the three display cases in Buckley Center Auditorium foyer, according to museum coordinator Carolyn Connolly. The display covers the original Pilot House dating back to the 1930s; a new Pilot House constructed in 1950-51; and an expanded and remodeled Pilot House in 1985-86, with even more changes planned for this year.
The University museum is located in the basement of Shipstad Hall, room 014, and is open Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; and also by appointment. All are welcome to visit the museum and learn more about UP history.
