The Beauchamp Center’s Virtual Fitness Fall 2020 schedule started on September 1, according to Kaitlin Bourne, recreational services. All classes will stream live on MS Teams. Please note start dates for each class. The full schedule will be in effect after Labor Day.

Sunday: HIIT; Brie – 10:15am-11:00am (start date: 9/6)
Monday: No classes Labor Day
- Yoga Sculpt; Sammy – 12:15pm-1pm (start date: 9/14)
- PlyoPlus + 30min abs; Lauren – 4:30pm-5:45pm*start date: 9/14
- Zumba; Megan – 7:00pm-7:45pm (start date: 9/14)
Tuesday:
- HIIT; Brie – 7:30pm-8:15pm (start date: 9/1)
Wednesday:
- HIIT; Brie – 5:15pm-6pm (start date: 9/2)
- Conditioning and Flex; Cameron – 7:30pm-8:15pm (start date: 9/16)
- Yoga Sculpt; Sammy – 7:30pm-8:15pm (start date: 9/16)
Thursday:
- Zumba; Jess – 8pm-8:45pm (start date: 9/3)
Friday:
- PlyoPlus; Lauren – 12:15pm-1pm (start date: 9/11)
