Over fall break, the Beauchamp Center is offering two in-person fitness classes to UP faculty and staff in order to gauge interest in the program. Classes include Gentle Yoga and Pilot Fit (bodyweight plyometric conditioning).
In-person classes are limited in size. Masks are required and social distancing workout spaces are marked. To register, email Kaitlin at bourne@up.edu.

Fall Break Virtual Fitness on MS Teams
- Sunday: HIIT with Brie – 10:15-11 am
- Monday: 30min abs with Lauren, 4:30-5 pm; Pilot Fit with Lauren, 5:05-5:50 pm
- Tuesday: HIIT with Brie – 7:30-8:15 pm; Zumba with Jess, 8:15-9 pm
- Wednesday: HIIT with Brie, 5:15-6 pm
The Beauchamp Center will also be open MWF, 11 am- 4 pm during fall break. Faculty and staff are welcome and encouraged to come by for a workout.
