Salsa Music & Dance, Nov. 24: Dress to Impress!

Ballroom dance salsaThe Department of International Languages and Culture is proud to present “A Fall Night of Cultural Fusion through Salsa Music and Dance,” sponsored by Diversity and Inclusion Programs, on Sunday, November 24, 5 to 8 p.m., in Mehling Ballroom. The event is free and open to all. Refreshments will be served.

Several student associations will be represented, including Mesa Redonda, Latinx Student Association, Women of Color, Active Minds, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, Black Student Association, and First Generation Student Association.

This cultural, educational, and social event will feature a lesson on Salsa Dance, a short introduction of Salsa history, and two hours of live music by the band Son de Cuba.
