Mailing services will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday along with the rest of the campus on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29, and will be open on Wednesday, November 27, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Metered mail needs to be at the mail center no later than 2 p.m. in order for it to be taken to the Post Office at 3 p.m. Please do not drop FedEx/UPS items in the mail box slots; be sure to hand them to a real live smiling mail center employee. Course Packs Due
All faculty and instructors must turn in their course pack materials for fall semester to the printing services office by July 30, according to Mary Scroggins, printing services. The lead time is needed so printing services staff can obtain copyright permissions and organize the packs for production before the start of the fall 2013 semester. Some copyright requests take up to six weeks to obtain—please keep this in mind so we are better able to serve your needs prior to the start of school.
