Military Appreciation Games: Pilot baseball and the Oregon National Guard will celebrate all who serve our country with their Military Appreciation games. The Pilots take on Loyola Marymount in a three-game series starting on Friday, April 26 at 3 p.m. and continuing on Saturday and Sunday with 1 p.m. games. All active and retired military staff can receive free admission to the games.- 16th Annual UP Day at Joe Etzel Field, Friday April 26 at 3 p.m. vs. Loyola Marymount. All employees and family members are welcome to attend the game at no charge and also enjoy complimentary hot dogs (vegetarian alternative available as well), chips and soda.
- First Responders Recognition: Come out and join the Pilots on Saturday April 27 at 1 p.m. for a special pre-game recognition of Engine 26 with the Portland Fire Department and University of Portland Public Safety for their contribution to saving the life of a Pilot baseball player earlier this year. All first responders will receive free admission to the game.
- Youth Baseball Day: For the Sunday game of the weekend series the baseball team is hosting a Youth Baseball Day presented by Oregon College Savings. All youth baseball players will receive free admission by wearing their little league or junior baseball jerseys. There will also be a post-game Run the Bases for kids and an Autograph Zone presented by Sunshine Dairy.
