Student-Athletes Choose 2018 Difference Award Faculty Winners

February 16, 2018

The athletics department would like to acknowledge this year’s winners of the Difference Award. Each year, student-athletes nominate professors who they feel have made a difference in their lives. The definition is left intentionally vague, allowing students to reflect on the many ways a professor may have made a difference to them. This year, four professors were selected as winners:

  • Sheri Rooks, communication studies
  • Beth Morton, chemistry
  • Bonnie Robb, School of Education
  • Bill Barnes, economics.

For more information contact athletics at x7117 or go to www.portlandpilots.com.
