University operations will be busy over the summer implementing plans for four major upgrade projects on campus. Various areas of campus will be impacted while these upgrades are underway.
- Pilot House Remodel: April 24 will be the last day of service for the Cove as it closes for the summer and renovations begin. The Pilot House will be remodeled to provide space for students to hold events and socialize and will open again in the fall. During finals week Bon Appetit will provide outdoor food options in the Pilot House plaza between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. All food will be served to go. The bookstore will remain open during this time.
- Villa Maria: Parts of Villa Maria will be remodeled. Army ROTC will relocate to the first floor of Howard Hall.
- Buckley Center: All four floors of Buckley Center will undergo remodeling, expanding office and educational space.
- Steam line: Major work for the steam line will occur during the summer and will affect Shipstad, Kenna and Christie.
