The Vermont Hills Family Life Center online auction fundraiser will take place from Saturday, April 20 through Friday, May 3. Vermont Hills administers the UP daycare facility. Child care will be available during events like nursing pinning, ROTC, baccalaureate Mass, graduate or undergraduate commencement, or the Faculty Gala thanks to Vermont Hills Family Life Centers. Four-hour sessions will be available at $30 per child or $40 per family:

- Sunday, May 5, 1-5 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 7, 6-10 p.m.

Parents Night Out, March 15
University parents are invited to take the opportunity to enjoy four hours of free time with their significant others while the UP onsite daycare watches their children on Parents Night Out, Friday, March 15, from 6-10 p.m. This service is provided by Vermont Hills Family Life Center daycare/ preschool. The cost is $30 per child and $40 for two children and includes dinner for the kids. Proceeds benefit the UP daycare/ preschool house. The UP daycare house will also offer child care during commencement weekend and during the faculty gala.
Saturday, May 18 is the date for the daycare house’s annual Yard Sale, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. VHFLC personnel will be collecting donations for the sale until Friday, May 17. No donation is too big or small. Proceeds help support the UP daycare house.

Parents Night Out Fundraiser
The Moreau Center’s Border Immersion program is offering a babysitting night to raise funds for their upcoming immersion, according to Pat Ell, Moreau Center. The event will take place on Saturday, February 23, from 5 to 10 p.m., at the Vermont Hills Family Life Center UP daycare house. Children will be taken care of by professional staff and UP students. The Border Immersion is an opportunity for UP students to spend a week at the Mexico-U.S. border, learning about immigration and human rights issues.
