Here are the latest updates from the registrar’s office, according to associate registrar Abby McMahon:
- Faculty advisors are reminded that Monday, November 30 is the last day to withdraw from a Fall 2020 course. Students should reach out to their program counsel for assistance in withdrawing from a course.
- Looking for the Fall 2020 Final Exam schedule? You can find it on the Registrar landing page in PilotsUP. Students can access the schedule from the Registrar-Students landing page in PilotsUP.

A new electronic Change of Grade form is now available in Etrieve, according to Abby McMahon, registrar’s office. You can access the new form and instructions for use from the Faculty tab on the Registrar page in Pilots UP. Please reach out to the Office of the Registrar at 
Abby McMahon has been promoted to associate registrar, according to Roberta Lindahl, registrar. McMahon started as a student worker when she was in school and graduated in May of 2011. She started as a temporary worker that fall and within a year was transfer articulation and graduation coordinator until 2016, when she became assistant registrar.
