A new electronic Change of Grade form is now available in Etrieve, according to Abby McMahon, registrar’s office. Abby McMahon has been promoted to associate registrar, according to Roberta Lindahl, registrar. McMahon started as a student worker when she was in school and graduated in May of 2011. She started as a temporary worker that fall and within a year was transfer articulation and graduation coordinator until 2016, when she became assistant registrar.

Abby Warner and Carolyn Blumenson, registrar’s office, have both been promoted to the position of assistant registrar. Warner was transfer articulation and graduation coordinator and Blumenson served previously as course schedule and work study coordinator. In addition, Corey Shrader has been promoted to transfer articulation and graduation coordinator.

The Set Preferences phase for the Spring 2017 course schedule is now open, according to Roberta Lindahl, registrar. Please enter your room preferences for the semester in EMS Campus Planning Interface (CPI) by the end of the day on Monday, September 19. Faculty and staff can enter preferences by going to this link. Preferences will be used by the registrar’s office to optimize room assignments for the semester. More information is available on the Courses & Scheduling page in PilotsUP.

Fall 2014 registration will be closed to students and faculty/staff during the week of May 12 for fall room assignments. This closure will not affect summer registration changes. Registration will re-open on Monday, May 19. Additionally, the registar’s office will not be processing any schedule changes for the Fall 2014 semester during this week. Any schedule changes submitted during the week of May 12 will be taken in to consideration and faculty will be notified of any changes processed during the week of May 19.
