Recreational Services Virtual Fitness program continues to help our community stay active and engaged during the COVID-19 quarantine. We thank you for your participation in classes!
This is the last week of our Spring 2020 schedule (posted below). Please note: Zumba on Wednesday, April 29 at 6 pm is cancelled.
Our Summer 2020 Virtual Fitness schedule will begin on May 13 and include some new specialty classes!
What is the Virtual Fitness program?
Each weekday, on MS Teams, two fitness classes are offered at 12:15 pm and either 5 pm or 6 pm, as well as one class on Saturday at 12 pm. Beauchamp’s very own fitness instructors – Lauren, Brady, Brie and Kaitlin – guide students, faculty, and staff through live group workouts. Classes include: yoga, plyometrics, Zumba and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

Weekly schedule:
- Monday: 12:15 pm – Yoga Works with Kaitlin. 5 pm – Plyometrics Plus with Lauren
- Tuesday: 12:15 pm – Sweaty 20 with Kailtin. 6 pm – HIIT with Brie
- Wednesday: 12:15 pm – Beginners Plyometrics Plus with Lauren
- Thursday: 12:15 pm – Beginners HIIT with Brie. 5 pm – Plyometrics Plus with Lauren
- Friday: 12:15 pm – Zumba with Brady
- Saturday: 12 pm – HIIT with Brie
