Did you know the University Archives & Museum has a virtual presence? Meet PortLog – a place to learn about UP history through resources and photos from our vault in Shipstad Hall. We answer your questions and make connections between UP’s past and present through posts on PortLog. Along with the new blog name, it’s also easier to navigate. There is also a new comment form so anyone can ask questions, comment, or offer suggestions for future topics. Find PortLog at https://sites.up.edu/museum
The University Museum also brings the Museum to campus through displays in campus buildings. Currently, in the Clark Library on the lower floor, there is a display with artifacts and photographs from Science Hall (before it was renamed Romanaggi Hall); and the Buckley Center first floor display case has photographs and artifacts from Clark Library before computers and automation.
