The Career Center will host the First Avenue Career & Graduate School Expo on Friday, April 1, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Chiles Center. There will be 150 companies attending the fair to share information about internships, summer jobs, full-time opportunities, and graduate/professional school. During the fair, from 1-2:30 p.m., students will have a chance to connect with industry professionals during Link In Live.
The Career Center is hosting extended express advising for resume reviews on Monday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday, March 29, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Wednesday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Thursday, March 31 from noon to 4 p.m. In addition, the Career Center will host 30-minute “How to Work a Job Fair” workshops on Monday, March 28 at 4 p.m.; Tuesday, March 29, 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.; Wednesday, March 30 at 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.; and Thursday, March 31 at 1 and 4 p.m.
