The Committee on Teaching and Scholarship is pleased to announce that the Fall 2025 cycle for Butine Faculty Development grants is open. Full-time faculty, instructors, lecturers, and librarians (at assistant, associate, and senior ranks) are eligible to apply. All applicants must have an appointment for next year to be eligible.
Submit completed Butine applications to Teaching and Scholarship via your “Butine Grants” Moodle page and to your department chair and/or Dean.
Please take note of the following deadlines:
Fall 2025 Cycle
Oct. 1 Deadline for interim or completed Butine Post Reports
Oct. 10 Deadline for Butine applications to be submitted to TAS and to Chair/Dean
Oct. 17 Deadline for CAS Chairs to submit Butine Review form to Dean and TAS Chair
Oct. 24 Deadline for Deans to submit letters to TAS Chair

By October 1, 2025
Post-Butine reports for grants awarded in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 are due to Teaching and Scholarship via Moodle.
