The signup deadline for Faculty Research Day is approaching on Monday, December 1, according to Teaching and Scholarship Committee chair Lauretta Frederking. Each panel in the January 8 event will have faculty from across disciplines and schools who will offer brief five-minute perspectives on the day’s theme, followed by open discussion for new insights and potential collaboration. University president Rev. Mark L. Poorman, C.S.C., and University provost Tom Greene will host a lunch to begin the afternoon, and a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres will complete the day.
