After much discernment, Bobbi Lindahl, University of Portland’s Registrar, will retire on December 31. Bobbi is a longtime member of the UP community, having been in the Registrar’s Office since 1996 and serving as Registrar since 2000. Bobbi is also one of UP’s own graduates; she earned both her BS (Organizational Communication) and MBA degrees here. Bobbi has guided the Registrar’s Office through several periods of transition, adapting to times of rapid enrollment growth as well as the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic. Her legacy includes the strong team in the Registrar’s Office that she has recruited and mentored. Bobbi cares deeply for the University of Portland community and its students, and we will miss her leadership and service.
Many, many thanks to Bobbi for her long, dedicated commitment to UP and many blessings to her in retirement! An announcement will be forthcoming regarding transition plans in the Registrar’s Office.
