To better plan and prepare for events on campus, users of the EMS Web App (calendar.up.edu/reservations) will need to make sure space requests are submitted 48 hours prior to their event occurring on campus. Please remember that weekends don’t count in this time calculation. For example, if you are trying to make a reservation for Monday morning, you need to make the request by Thursday morning.
