Lara-Zuzan Golesorkhi, political science, has been selected as a Global People’s Fellow (Global People’s Fellowship Program) by the United Nations. She is cited by the UN as one of 45 “inspiring people from around the world that are actively advocating for and working to create an impact in their communities.” She is invited to join the Global People’s Summit in New York during the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and to attend official UNGA related side events such as Global Goals Week, September 22-28.
