Ami Ahern-Rindell, biology, was invited to be a member of a panel of women scientists to talk after the Nov. 13th performance of the play, “The How and The Why” by Coho Productions. The play features 2 women scientists debating controversial hypotheses in evolutionary biology. The script uses biology as a doorway into contemplating complex social issues, the role of women in scientific fields, and how our understanding of human biology affects how we view our place in the world.
