Dialogue on Israel-Palestine (Oct. 3)
This event offers the campus community an opportunity to learn more about the dire situation in Gaza as well as to get informed about the historical background leading up to the present situation. The dialogue will be facilitated by Dr. Anne Santiago, questions are welcome, and respectful listening and engagement is mandatory for attendance.
Where is the US Headed? (Oct. 6)
This panel will offer insights on authoritarianism, fascism, and our democratic guardrails in order to answer questions about where our country is headed. Professors Curtis, Els, and Franco bring their own areas of expertise to try to unpack the political machinations of the Trump Administration and discuss what it means for the future of the country.
