Peggy Maguire Lecture, March 30
The University will host a lecture by Peggy Maguire, senior vice president of corporate accountability and chief of staff for Cambia Health Solutions, on Monday, March 30, at 7:10 p.m., in Buckley Center Auditorium. Her talk, part of the Bauccio Lecture Series, is free and open to faculty, staff, students, and the public. Maguire joined Cambia in 1997 as an associate general counsel and has held several posts since then, including director of litigation and risk management, as well as vice president of legal services, before being promoted to her current position in 2008. She was presented with a 2014 Orchid Award as recognition for being a “Woman of Influence” by the Portland Business Journal.

Bauccio Lecture Series: Kent Lewis, March 2
Kent Lewis, founder of Anvil Marketing Agency, will speak as a guest of the Bauccio Lecture Series on Monday, March 2, at 7:10 p.m., in Buckley Center Auditorium. His talk is free and open to faculty, staff, students, and the public.
With a background in integrated marketing, Lewis left a public relations agency in 1996 to start his career in search engine marketing. Lewis founded Anvil, an integrated marketing agency specializing in analytics, search engine, and social media marketing for growth-oriented companies, in 2000. Under his leadership, Anvil has received recognition from Portland Business Journal and Inc. Magazine as a Fastest Growing and Most Philanthropic Company.
