Toxic blood and whipping vines, radioactive spider bites, shimmering beings refracting DNA, and all those evil scientists. On October 27 at 5 p.m. in Franz Hall 120, professors Weilhoefer, Kenton, Prestholdt and Wynne, of UP’s department of biology, will explore how nature is portrayed in film and TV, and may even inspire your inner ecological superhero! This event is co-sponsored by the Beckman Humor Project and the Garaventa Center.
