We invite you to a School of Nursing & Health Innovations Professional Development Committee Event with Dr. Rana Halabi Najjar, PhD, RN, CPNP, Associate Professor OHSU School of Nursing. Dr. Najjar will speak on trauma-informed educational practice: relationship-centered pedagogy as the first layer into brave spaces.
Dr. Najjar teaches across programs at OHSU and her scholarship focuses on bias, discrimination, and equitable and inclusive practices in healthcare education. She is a 2022 AACN Diversity Institute Leadership Fellow and has served on the Western Institute of Nursing Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee since its inception (with our own Dr. Attis-Josias).
