Monica joined the University of Portland in May. She sees her work at UP as a great opportunity because it’s a place where she feels very comfortable. Monica enjoys working in a team, following instructions, and respecting other people. She is very happy to be in this job and hopes to be a part of this great family for a long time. Monica shared that “Every day here is a great experience. They treat you like family. There’s no difference between bosses and custodians. Everyone greets you and is very friendly. They help you with anything you need, and I’m grateful for that. Thank you for being part of your team.”
