During the month of November, the University of Portland community has been observing the Catholic tradition of praying for those who are deceased. As a part of this, all faculty, staff, and students are invited to a special Mass of Remembrance on Tuesday, November 17, at 4:45 p.m., in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher. Celebrants will pray especially for Michael Eberitzsch, Luke Brown, Reid deLaubenfels, Ian Andres, and Soren Bryan-Askay, along with other members of the UP community, friends, and family who have passed away in this past year. This is a time for us to gather as a community and continue to hold our loved ones in prayer as their impact and gifts endure well beyond their earthly life. Please join us in this time for prayer and healing.
