Film Screening and Discussion: “Everybody’s Work: Healing What Hurts Us All” (Sept. 19)

The School of Nursing & Health Innovations, along with Nurses of Color Collective and the Oregon State Board of Nursing, will host a documentary film screening and panel discussion of Everybody’s Work: Healing What Hurts Us All,  Examining What is Being Done to Address Racism in Nursing and Healthcare by SHIFT Films. 

This compelling documentary, directed by Chad Tingle and produced with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, uncovers the pervasive issue of racism in healthcare, revealing its harmful effects on patients and nurses alike. The film focuses on the stories of courageous nurses and patients of color across the country, confronting viewers with the reality that racism impacts us all.
