
Introducing new EMS (Event Management System) drop-in hours hosted by University Events! Join us on the second Wednesday of each month in Shiley Hall 249 from 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. At these drop-in hours, either an Events staff or Event Student Coordinator will be present to assist you with any questions or booking needs! These sessions can also be a great opportunity for one-on-one EMS training for yourself or new teammates joining your department. These drop-in hours are for EMS users only. If you are a faculty member or club advisor working with a student, please accompany them to these sessions. SH 249 is a computer lab, so you do not need to bring your own device with you to access EMS.
