Civil Engineering students Elizabeth Diaz-Gunning, Sean Yoshishige, Melissa Hamling, and Bryson Tamaye, with advisors Jordy Wolfand, CJ Poor, and industry advisor Nate Buddress received honorable mention in the EPA Rainworks challenge for “extending the useful life of existing green infrastructure practices.” The UP Team competed against 42 student teams from 24 states and 35 different academic institutions.
