All are welcome to enjoy an interactive evening discussing culturally responsive practices at a workshop moderated by Rich Christen, education, on Thursday, April 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., in the Terrace Room. Christen will introduce seven panelists who, known for their expertise in this area, will each talk about inclusive topics for culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Each panel member will then join a table of participants for a lively conversation about culturally responsive teaching practices. Participants will, ideally, take away at least three practice ideas that they will be able to use in their own teaching.
