The Committee on Teaching and Scholarship is announcing that the fall 2021 cycle for Butine Faculty Development grants is now open. Full-time faculty and lecturers are eligible to apply.
If you are expecting to apply for a Butine this Fall semester, please take note of the following deadlines.
By Friday, October 15: Submit your completed Butine application to Teaching and Scholarship via Moodle page and to your department chair and/or Dean.

| Oct. 4 | Deadline for interim or completed Butine Post Reports |
| Oct. 14 | Deadline for Deans to submit responses to Faculty Post Reports |
| Oct. 15 | Deadline for Butine applications to be submitted to TAS and to Chair/Dean |
| Oct. 22 | Deadline for CAS Chairs to submit Butine Review form to Dean and TAS Chair |
| Oct. 29 | Deadline for Deans to submit letters to TAS Chair |

The purpose of these workshops is to give tips and insights on ‘best practices’ for Butine grant submissions. We will also answer any questions you may have. Faculty new to the application process are particularly encouraged to attend.
