The Beauchamp Center is offering fitness classes every day of the week during the noon hour and a few Monday, Tuesday, Friday classes before or after work, according to Kaitlin Bourne, recreational services. Classes begin May 21 and run until August 3 and are open to everyone. Below is the schedule. Please register on the Beauchamp Center’s new portal at this link.
- Monday: Pilot Cycle, 7-8 a.m.; Conditioning & Flexibility, 12:15-12:55 p.m.
- Tuesday: Centering Yoga, 12:15-12:55 p.m.
- Wednesday: Zumba, 12:15-12:55 p.m.; Pilot Cycle, 5-6 p.m.
- Thursday: Pilot Cycle, 12:05-12:55 p.m.
- Friday: Pilot Cycle, 7-8 a.m.; Erg Spin Rowing, 12:15-12:55 p.m.
