Christians begin the observation of the holy season of Lent, the 40 days of preparation for the great celebration of Easter, on Ash Wednesday. This year Ash Wednesday falls on March 5, and Campus Ministry will celebrate two Masses that day to mark the occasion. Masses will be offered at 12:05 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher. Both Masses will offer the distribution of ashes. All members of the UP community are most welcome to join us for these celebrations.
