Advent Visio Divina: Contemplative Prayer with a Sacred Image

Join us for 30 minutes of contemplative prayer focusing on a sacred illumination from The Saint John’s Bible. Visio Divina is an ancient form of Christian prayer in which we allow our hearts and imaginations to enter into a sacred image to see what God might have to say to us. Tuesday, December 7, at 12:45 p.m., Chapel of Christ the Teacher, following noon Mass. Free and open to all. Masks required. Dave Houglum, Director of Leadership Studies and Leadership Professor of Practice, Franz Center for Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, presented nine, one-hour invited leadership presentations for the European Leadership Programme in Brussels, Belgium. Houglum also provided individual leadership coaching sessions to many of the programme’s Fellows and to the staff of the Jesuit European Social Center (JESC). The European Leadership Programme draws emerging leaders from across Europe to participate in a five-month leadership development programme. October 12-16, 2024.
