The leadership team of the NSF-funded IUSE:EHR project, REFLECT, has announced its second cohort of STEM Innovation Fellows. These 15 faculty members will participate in May and August institutes on evidence-based pedagogical practices, creation of new curricular modules, and peer-observation during the 2019-2020 academic year. The peer observation is informed by new protocols that address the formative assessment of participants’ teaching.
