The University of Portland welcomes 36 new faculty members this week when they begin new faculty orientation on Tuesday, August 23. The day-long program will introduce the new faculty to the University’s resources, traditions, and culture with sessions on teaching and learning, scholarship, faith and formation, and service and leadership. Faculty Academy sessions will continue throughout the academic year. New faculty include:
