Making your lives easier, one change at a time

As we find ourselves moving into a steadier period for our team, we have been able to finally take a step back and look at ways that we can not only keep things moving, but make the experience better. The first of those was being able to return to walk in at our BC 106 office, instead of the appointment scheduling we had to utilize for our first couple of years back. This was a great moment and it has been wonderful to be able to see all of you come in and out again- we’ve missed you!

Next on our list? Making it easier for you to book an appointment with a field tech when you need one. Going forward, you will notice that if your issue requires a visit by a tech after our initial troubleshooting, or if you need to schedule a consult or new device deployment- you no longer have to call! That’s right- you will now be able to book ONLINE via Microsoft bookings, using a link that will be available in your ticket. These appointments can also be managed on your end if you need to change or cancel the time, allowing you to address scheduling needs on the go, at any time of the day rather than having to call again during our business hours. Of course, if you prefer to talk to a person, or want to ask additional questions before scheduling, we are ready and waiting to help you by phone as well- however, we are very excited to now be able to offer this additional option to make your lives easier!

We hope to make new functionality a regular part of your interactions with us- so keep an eye out in this blog, we’ll be sure to share those developments here!
