Affordable Housing

The Affordable Housing Immersion (previously known as the Collegiate Challenge) occurs every year during Spring Break (March). During this one-week Habitat for Humanity build, the group works on building houses within the Pacific Northwest and learning more about issues surrounding affordable housing.

This experience allows students to immerse themselves in issues surrounding housing in the Northwest, while also building community. Students work alongside peers and also have the opportunity to collaborate with the families who become homeowners of the home the group helps to build.
