About

The Partnership was formed by University of Portland Dean of the School of Education, John Watzke, and NWEA President and CEO, Matt Chapman. The Partnership provides high quality, district-driven research and support with a focus on learning, equity, and results.

Faculty and Staff from both the University of Portland and NWEA work together with district administrators to perform data driven research with meaningful results.
