Treasurer:
- Handle finances
- Prepare and tracs semester budgets, reallocations, reimbursements, and some purchasing
- Manage the club’s fundraising initiatives, including overseeing firm research, drafting grant letters, and meeting with University staff in the Development Office
Secretary:
- Coordinate Executive Board meetings
- Send out meeting notices to the leadership team
- Record the minutes and attendance at speaker meetings and other events
- Maintain the membership roster and UPAA’s Google Drive account
- Record the required hours for membership in BAP
Vice President of Marketing:
- Assist in planning events, developing new ideas, and engaging practicing business professionals to speak at club meetings
- Advertise events to draw accounting and non-accounting students to events
- Maintain relationships with students
Director of Website & Social Media:
- Maintain website and Facebook page
- Coordinate advertising efforts for UPAA and BAP events
