Every faculty member at UP has an Office 365 account, and many also have an iPad, Android tablet, or Microsoft Surface. Like peanut butter and chocolate, Office and tablets are two tech flavors that work really well together. In today’s UP Tech Tip, I wanted to demo using Office Mobile apps (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) on an iPad to easily draw and annotate.

In the video below, I demo Office and tablets using MS Word on an iPad to markup a paper. This would be ideal for a teacher grading papers and giving feedback. It would work equally well for annotating on Powerpoint presentations or Excel workbooks. It would be a fairly simple workflow to get assignment submissions from Moodle by bulk downloading and storing them in OneDrive for Business to allow easy access to student work on a mobile device.
