Your Study Abroad Ambassador
Hi! I’m Diego Ruiz. I’m a junior at the Pamplin School of Business and I work as a study abroad advisor on campus. I’m passionate about helping students explore the world and gain new perspectives. It’s all about broadening horizons and understanding our global community better!
Ultimately, my role as a Study abroad ambassador will be to ensure that students are well-informed about scholarship opportunities and to provide them with the support they need to secure scholarships for their educational success.
I specialize in: Gilman Scholarship Advising and Salzburg, Austria pre-departure Advising
My goals for the year:
- Creating innovative solutions through the Entrepreneur Scholars program
- Building meaningful relationships with students
- Securing business summer internship
- Making an impact on the PSOB for future and current students
How can the UP community support?
- Encourage students to seek more opportunities through the study abroad office
