  • Technical Account Manager: Provide account management and high-level technical support to project teams and customers. Mentor and train technical account specialists. 
  • Accounting Consultant: Responsible for programming, implementing, and handling of his/her organization’s accounting processes. Offer assistance and resolve issues affecting the customer. 
  • Accounting Lead: Analysis of financial statements, revenue recognition, budgeting & forecasting, month-end entries, review of junior accountant work, bank & credit card reconciliations, and processing state excise taxes. 
  • Senior Accountant: Perform accurate and timely month, quarter and year-end close. Prepare and review monthly financials and management reporting package, maintain general ledger structure, consolidate and track monthly revenue, ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with ASC 606, and revenue is deferred appropriately, and review new and existing company contracts for technical accounting issues. 
  • Manager of Accounting: Responsible for developing and maintaining the accounting systems and procedures that accountants use to collect, analyze and verify an organization’s financial data.  
  • Managing Director of Finance and Accounting: Lead a team of expert recruiting professionals where we specialize in matching great companies with great candidates. Analyze local and national trends, the economy, location, and any skill set and salary limitations in order to deliver the best solutions to my clients. 
  • Chief Financial Officer: Track cash flow and financial planning.  Analyze the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and propose corrective actions. 
  • Technical Accounting Manager: Support the global implementation and operationalization of new FASB accounting standards in accordance with US GAAP. Support quarterly SEC Reporting process. Research and interpret technical accounting matters. 
  • Financial Reporting Accountant: Conduct the monthly consolidation and preparation of global balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, statements of stockholders’ equity, and ad hoc reports on a quarterly, monthly, and annual basis for management, Board of Directors, and investors, including the drafting of MD&A and footnotes. 
  • Director of Global SEC Reporting: Conduct monthly presentations to the CFO and Senior. Management team on the SEC filings for the organization. Review and revise the SEC financial filing process and SEC filings, including Form 10-K, Form 11-K, Form 10Q, footnotes to the financial statements, XBRL and Management Discussion and Analysis. Oversee the consolidation process including shared-based compensation; derivatives, and benefit plan journal entries. 
  • Accounts Payable Processor: Utilize Oracle software to timely process high volumes of invoices for multiple operating units. Answer vendor questions regarding status, terms, and methods of payment. Resolve invoice rejections and holds by communicating with the procurement and general ledger teams. 
  • Tax Manager: Responsible for keeping businesses compliant with various local, states, and federal tax regulations. They implement measures and develop policies for dealing with various areas relating to taxes. Perform estimations, analysis, planning, research and oversee audits. 
  • Controller: Supervise the month-end close process each period, ensuring that all entries are booked completely, accurately and in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Coordinate the year-end audit with the company’s external auditors, ensuring that all deadlines are met. Manage all cash flow and treasury activities including 13 week forecasts, weekly reporting to private equity owners, intake and outflow projections, and managing relationships with vendors. 
  • Financial Analyst: Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. 
  • Fractional Controller: Produce monthly financial reports, balance sheet, profit & loss, prepare budgets and financial plans, industry-specific reports and analysis, set up internal controls, and policies and procedures. 
  • Finance Manager: Manage North American corporate accounts payable relationships with numerous business partners aimed at driving efficiency in the business while meeting global AP metrics. 
  • Senior Accountant: Controller-type role managing general ledger, financial statements and related stakeholder relationships for most diverse sports and entertainment stadium in the nation. 
  • EVP & Chief Financial Officer: Lead strategic growth initiatives for the 110+ year-old farmer-owned co-op with net sales rapidly approaching $1B. Oversee financial planning and analysis, treasury, risk management, accounting, information technology and strategic planning. 
  • Accounting Specialist: Manage all forms of financial accounts within an organization. Keep accurate records of both accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that invoices are paid where necessary, and that clients pay invoices as required.
