The Pamplin School of Business’ OTM Executive Advisory Board (EAB) is established to advise, promote, and proactively support the interests of the OTM program and students. Membership of the EAB is composed of individuals who are currently senior executives and professionals in the area of Information Systems and Operations Management. Its members serve in an advisory capacity to OTM program and its faculty members.
The vision is for the OTM program is to develop and educate students to become fully prepared for their careers in Operations and Information Systems as well as become an established program that is a source of exceptional talent and a resource of great value for the business community. The EAB is an important component to keeping our vision moving forward.

Kelli Wilson is the AVP of IT Infrastructure and Operations at The Standard. She has over 18 years’ experience in IT including Program Management, Service Delivery Management, Service Management, and Provider Governance. She has extensive leadership experience with global cross functional teams. She has also held roles within business operations helping to improve and transition business processes. Prior to The Standard Kelli held roles in IT operations at ATOS d t h i l i t t ith th U S A N t k C d
ATOS and as a technical integrator with the U.S. Army Network Command.
Her advice to students:
Explore different opportunities that will provide a wide array of experience. Find multiple mentors that provide information on career paths. Gaining many perspectives is beneficial. A great mentor is one that is willing to provide feedback on your strengths and areas of opportunity to help you be successful.
