The Pamplin School of Business’ OTM Executive Advisory Board (EAB) is established to advise, promote, and proactively support the interests of the OTM program and students. Membership of the EAB is composed of individuals who are currently senior executives and professionals in the area of Information Systems and Operations Management. Its members serve in an advisory capacity to OTM program and its faculty members.
The vision is for the OTM program is to develop and educate students to become fully prepared for their careers in Operations and Information Systems as well as become an established program that is a source of exceptional talent and a resource of great value for the business community. The EAB is an important component to keeping our vision moving forward.

Lindsay Radu, MBA, Continuum of Care Administrator, Kaiser Permanente Northwest
Lindsay Radu is a Pacific Northwest native, born and raised in Astoria, OR. Early in her career she worked in consumer products where she became a Project Management
career she worked in consumer products, where she became a Project Management Professional (PMP) and joined Kaiser Permanente in 2008 as a Project Manager in Revenue Cycle. From there, Lindsay shifted focus and joined care delivery as a Program Manager in Ambulatory Care, leading Medical Home initiative and achieving her Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. She was then promoted to Executive Consultant to the VP of Ambulatory Care and went on to lead the implementation of Team-based Care in Primary Care and the Mental Health redesign.
In 2015, Lindsay was promoted to the role of Senior Director of Continuing Care Services, taking over a department in need of system-wide redesign. Over her three year tenure in this role, Lindsay led sweeping change that resulted in significant th th
improvement – increased Hospice CAHPS from 25 percentile to above the 85 percentile and increased revenue from $10M to $14M; increased Home Health access from 41% to 81% and increased Medicare Stars from 2 stars to 3 starts; disbanded the poorly performing Primary Care at Home program; reduced SNF readmission significantly; and expanded Palliative Care services. While in this role, Lindsay honed her leadership skills through participating in KP-sponsored Executive Leadership Program (class of 2018). Lindsay also expanded volunteer efforts by joining and participating the University of Portland Executive Advisory Board, a position she continues to hold.
In line with KP enterprise-wide efforts, KPNW stood up a new role of Continuum of Care Administrator in 2019, tasked with weaving together care delivery, spanning multiple care settings to support a fully integrated care experience for the member. Lindsay accepted the role in early 2019 and has focused her time on true system integration, while expanding healthcare beyond the traditional medical definition, to include social and behavioral integration. Not only did Lindsay focus her Baldrige Executive Fellow Capstone, completed 2020, to this end, she continues to partner with leaders across the organization to realize the Kaiser Permanente Mission and truly holistic care for the members and communities we serve.
