Satisfaction with Digital Lab – Undergraduates

2016 marks the first time the Clark Library Satisfaction Survey included several questions about satisfaction with services in the Digital Lab; the 2011 survey had one question about its predecessor, the Multimedia Lab.

Among service users, highest ratings went to “video and photo capture equipment checkout” and “using Digital Lab Mac computers.” The Digital Lab web site has more information about these and other Lab services.

The percentages presented below exclude respondents who had not yet used or were not aware of those services; the bar charts represent the full range of responses.
