3D Ornament Contest – Digital Lab

Help us decorate the Clark Library Christmas tree with 3D printed ornaments.

Submission Details:

Send original designs (.stl, .obj, .thing files and 3.9 L x 3.9 W x 4.9 H inches
maximum dimensions) as e-mail attachments to velazco@up.edu.
Include 3D Ornament Design Submission in the e-mail subject line.
Current UP students, faculty and staff are eligible to participate.

Submissions are due Friday, November 17 by 5:00 p.m.

Selection Process:

Three designs will be selected and printed by Digital Lab staff. Selections will be displayed on the Library’s Christmas tree. Designs will be evaluated for:

design feasibility (size and complexity)
- Learn more about 3D printing in the Lab. Staff can assist patrons in using TinkerCad software to create designs.
